On a hill in Siolim, cocooned by dense forest, meet The Ivy House — what we like to call our Alice in Wonderland home. Designed and developed by an architect who has held a place on the AD100 for five consecutive years, and who has been on our wishlist just as long.
Every corner has something to discover. Murals commissioned from Vikas Soni — the artist behind Bar Palladio and Gem Palace — painted directly onto the living room walls, drawn from the langurs and peacocks that visit the site each monsoon. Ceiling lanterns handmade by Parisian artist Thierry Journo with local craftsmen, derived from Venetian form.
